a. Support the innovative plans for KU-Edwards and K-State research facilities;
b. Work on a cooperative bi-state basis to develop 21st Century green industry
c. Work with Missouri to develop realistic mass transportation systems;
d. Accelerate the development of Kansas wind power

3. Medical Insurance

a. Open up the state system to small businesses
b. Let the public have access to the same insurance members of the legislature have

4. Fiscal Responsibility

a. Improve government efficiency and cut expenses
b. Ethics Reform – I will accept no meals or gifts from lobbyists and will try to legislate this as state law.
